Our hot knife slitting is a unique process. It seals the edges of synthetic materials as the goods are being cut. The Edgelok® process is ideally suited for textiles produced from thermoplastic materials. Many customers use Edgelok® where they require edges that will not fray during handling or manufacturing.

Standard slitting allows us to accommodate roll sizes between 72-80″ wide. We have the ability to slit with extreme accuracy down to 3/16ths of an inch based on the material.
